Training

MAIS-Flexis is an incredibly flexible application so our training program should reflect that. We offer standard courses focused on archiving and the use of MAIS-Flexis, in-depth courses, and thematic courses.

Consultancy & project management 

We do more than creating software. With more than 25 years of experience in automation and archiving, we also play an advisory role to our clients. We offer consultancy days during which we advise on complex issues. A variety of topics can be covered, such as the arrangement of archives and collections in MAIS-Flexis, issues of access dates, or publishing metadata online.

Large projects 

We also collaborate closely with our clients on large projects like conversions from Document Management Systems, editing digitized archives, publication of recently disclosed material or modelling data of inbound archives.
